What's cool about Second Life, is it's fun to try new ways to promote and get gigs... as long as it's not too time consuming or too costly, I would say YES to inexpensive adverts. The art galleries found out about me and began scooping me up, which meant I was playing for crowds, and getting my name and music out there.
