Ms. Dewey

In the cool stuff department, comes a new search engine. Granted, google still leads the pack, but Ms. Dewey is a fun little thing. It is a flash search engine, with a woman (actor Janina Gavankar) whom provides commentary on your searches. Ms. Dewey is an online librarian (I’m sure named after the old system for categorizing materials at a library) is powered by Microsoft Live Search, and really interactive. She responds to your searches, there is an intro every time you visit the site, and even when your not doing anything.  She is a spunky little librarian (opposite of her real life counterparts), who’s sexy, spunky, hip, and has an attitude (enough to keep you interested). This is actually the best thing Microsoft has made since… . Now, if only their operating systems were just as fun.
