For the past month, Intel has been asking Second Life residents to plant sunflowers in Second Life to help the Conservation International Foundation, and for a chance to participate in the Intel Sunflower Sweepstakes where the winner would receive a Gateway P-171X FX Edition Laptop (more info here). Today at 6pm PST (9pm EST), the closing party will wrap up where the final tallies of Sunflowers planted would be presented (currently at 76287 – well over their goal!), along with music and one of your final chances to participate in the Sunflower Sweepstakes (update: planting ends at 9pm PST). The party happens at Intel Island in Second Life.
